In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regarding "accelerating the construction of a new development paradigm," Jiangxi Province has deeply integrated the spirit of President Xi Jinping's speech, "Take the lead, dare to strive, and be good at action," into its cross-border e-commerce development strategy. It has clearly taken cross-border e-commerce as the core lever to promote the optimization of foreign trade structure, with a focus on supporting the "cross-border e-commerce + characteristic industrial belt" model.

The 2025 Government Work Report clearly states an increase in the intensity of policies to stabilize foreign trade and promote the development of cross-border e-commerce. In order to construct a new ecosystem for the cross-border e-commerce industry and promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangxi Province, the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government has decided to hold the Jiangxi Cross-border E-commerce Development Exchange Conference in Nanchang on May 6-7, 2025. The Jiangxi Cross-border E-commerce Development Exchange Conference has been successfully held twice, aiming to promote exchanges and deepen cooperation between Jiangxi and well-known domestic and foreign cross-border e-commerce industrial chain enterprises.
