Former Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Professor at Tsinghua University, and Chairperson of the 59th Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO). A Senior Counsel in Hong Kong, China, as well as a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Arbitrator, and Accredited Mediator. Previously served as President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a member of its Board of Trustees, and Chairperson of its East Asia Branch. She has also held roles as an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), a member of the Asia-Pacific Users’ Council of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
