2026年7月3日下午，中国服务贸易协会会长张伟，协会书记兼秘书长仲泽宇在北京会见了南非东开普省体育事务外部顾问、南非 ISM 集团CEO Rafiek先生一行，并就开展板球体育服务贸易合作进行了会谈。Rafiek 先生于2023年随委员会出访，以促进中国与南非两国关系。中国服务贸易协会与南非代表一行并就开展板球体育服务贸易合作进行了会谈。
ISM首席执行官Rafiek拉菲克·波特吉特先生此次活动签约仪式特别邀请了南非板球协会前首席执行官兼国际板球理事会前首席执行官Haroon先生，以ISM嘉宾身份随团出访，旨在拓展与其他国家的板球合作关系。参加此次签约仪式的还有南非 ISM 国际集团 CBO 首席商务官苏蕾，国家体育总局重点实验室主任吴昊，北京艾斯曼国际体育文化有限公司CEO朱仲海，中国关工委健康体育基金会青少年综合素质教育专委会副秘书长、北京艾斯曼国际体育文化有限公司 COO张翔一行六人到访协会秘书处。
张伟会长代表协会热烈欢迎南非客人来访，并就共同推动中南非两国和多边体育服务贸易合作提出了可行性建议。Rafiek先生介绍了板球运动在南非和金砖国家的开展情况，以及南非与中国在板球运动上进行的前期合作和赛事筹备工作。随后，双方领导签署了《关于共同推进 2027 首届金砖国家板球体育服贸博览会暨金砖国家板球邀请赛的战略合作备忘录》，会后双方将组建专项工作组，稳步推进后续项目合作落地。活动在和谐友谊的气氛中圆满结束。
On the afternoon of July 3, 2026, Mr. Zhang Wei, President of the China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS), together with Mr. Zhong Zeyu, Party Committee Secretary and Secretary-General of the Association, met with Mr. Rafiek and his delegation in Beijing. Mr. Rafiek serves as External Advisor on Sports for Eastern Cape Province, South Africa, and CEO of ISM Group South Africa. The meeting centered on discussions regarding cooperation in cricket sports services trade. Mr. Rafiek had previously traveled with a committee delegation in 2023 to promote bilateral relations between China and South Africa. CATIS and the South African delegation also held talks on advancing cooperation in cricket sports services trade.
For the signing ceremony of this event, Mr. Rafiek Potgieter, CEO of ISM, specially invited Mr. Haroon, former CEO of Cricket South Africa and former CEO of International Cricket, to join the delegation as a guest of ISM, with the aim of expanding cricketing partnerships with other nations. Also attending the signing ceremony were Ms. Su Lei, CBO (Chief Business Officer) of ISM International Group South Africa; Mr. Wu Hao, Director of the Key Laboratory of the General Administration of Sport of China; Mr. Zhu Zhonghai, CEO of Beijing Aisiman International Sports Culture Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Zhang Xiang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Youth Comprehensive Quality Education Special Committee of the Health and Sports Foundation under the China Customs Care Committee, and COO of Beijing Aisiman International Sports Culture Co., Ltd. The six-member delegation visited the Association's secretariat.
President Zhang Wei, on behalf of the association, extended a warm welcome to the South African guests and put forward feasible proposals for jointly promoting bilateral and multilateral cooperation in sports services trade between China and South Africa. Mr. Rafiek provided an overview of the development of cricket in South Africa and among BRICS countries, as well as the preliminary cooperation and event preparations undertaken between South Africa and China in the field of cricket. Subsequently, the leaders of both sides signed the Strategic Cooperation Memorandum on Jointly Promoting the 2027 First BRICS Cricket Sports Service Expo and BRICS Cricket Invitational Tournament. Following the meeting, both parties will establish a dedicated working group to steadily advance the implementation of follow-up projects. The event concluded successfully in a harmonious and friendly atmosphere.
