On April 8th, the grand opening of Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Center, a key project in Guangdong Province, marked the official full operation of this significant cooperation development project between Guangdong Province and multinational corporations during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, following efficient construction and a series of pre-opening preparations. It has become a new benchmark for enhancing China's new-quality productivity in the cold chain industry.
Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Center covers an area of 312 acres with a building area of 385,000 square meters and a storage capacity of 124,000 tons. It is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou, the only large-scale airport-railway dual hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The park is equipped with cold storage facilities exceeding 100,000 tons and a smart logistics distribution center. Constructed strictly in accordance with international high standards, it includes five cold storage facilities of three types: single-story elevated warehouse, multi-temperature floor warehouse, and fully automated high-rack warehouse, achieving full temperature range coverage from normal temperature to -60 degrees Celsius. Cold storage facilities are installed with various IoT devices and equipped with Yuhu's smart logistics management system and an underground transfer system covering the entire park with an area of over 90,000 square meters, truly achieving orderly diversion of people, goods, and vehicles to ensure uninterrupted temperature control during the transportation of cold chain products.
To date, the occupancy rate of the trading area of Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Center is nearly 100%, with over 400 leading enterprises covering all mainstream product categories in the cold chain food industry having settled in the park, enjoying Yuhu Cold Chain's convenient and efficient one-stop services, including leading enterprises with annual transactions exceeding RMB 2 billion in various fields.
