A delegation of CATIS to pay a business visit to Taiwan
From 26th to 31st August 2009, in order to promote the development of cross-strait trade in services, Shenhong Yao, the executive vice president led a delegation to pay a business visit to Taiwan, and view the development status of Taiwan service industry, and also seek cross-strait co-operation mechanism. The delegation had meetings with the Asia-Pacific Association of cultural and creative industries, External Trade Development Council Promotion Center on Trade in Services, Taiwan Business Association of the total and the Coalition of Service Industries, Institutions such as SME associations in Kaohsiung, and also had a friendly communication with principals.
Mr. Yao particularly described the main functions of association and the general development state of mainland China on Trade in Services, and help enterprises to find opportunities for cooperation. In 6-day trip, the delegation also visited the Taiwan Franz Inc., Kaohsiung Software Park and other places.
